How do I apply with your agency?

Am I guaranteed employment once I apply with your agency?

It’s our best interest to help you find employment, though we can not guarantee employment. Our services is complimentary to all job seekers.  

Once I’m on an assignment, how long do I wait until converting to full time?

The length of our assignments are based on our client’s needs. During your interview with our recruiter, they will discuss whether the position is temporary, temp to hire or direct hire.  

Do I need to pay for your services?

Our services is complimentary to all job seekers. 

Do you mail out pay checks? 

No.  We do not mail out checks. We offer direct deposit or pay card. Our Recruiter will connect with you during onboarding to provide these 2 options. 

How often do I get paid?

Depending on your assignment with our clients, our associates are paid weekly or semi-monthly.

How and where do I view my pay stubs? 

To access your pay stubs,  click on Staff Login (myavionte.com), your username is your email address and with your password that you created during your initial onboarding. 

Do you offer Health Insurance?

Yes!  We’ve partnered with Key Benefits and AFLAC to offer an employer sponsored benefit plan which complies with Affordable Care Act.  Contact our Office Administration Manager for eligibility.

What happens if my assignment ends sooner that I anticipated? 

Please contact your Recruiter, to communicate and ensure that we can help you find other position. It’s our best interest to help you find employment right away.
